Our restaurant showcases an elegant and innovative experience of culinary delicacies. We offer two dining options:
Dining Room | Featuring a 7-course Chef’s Tasting Menu ($145/person) & an optional Wine Pairing ($75/person). Reservations are strongly preferred. Walk-ins are based on availability. For parties larger than 8, please email chris@hirayadc.com.
*Please note: We do not take reservations over the phone, nor answer the phone during dinner service.
Bar & À la Carte Menu | Thoughtfully Crafted Cocktails, Curated & Allocated Natural Wines, & a composed menu featuring small bites & entrées.
Dietary Needs • Please understand that our style of cuisine cannot accommodate major allergens such as gluten, dairy, shellfish/fin fish, egg, allium, nightshade, or vegetarian. If you have questions or need clarifications, please email our manager chris@hirayadc.com. For a more flexible dining experience we invite you to visit our Café, which offers a wider range of dietary accommodations.
Beverages • Wine pairings are available to compliment your dinner, priced at $75/person. Our beverage menu features deliciously crafted cocktails, an array of natural wines by the glass or bottle, local & Filipino Beers, and house-made non-alcoholic/mocktails. (*All Wines Featured in the current Wine Pairing are available for purchase as well!)
Corkage • Guests are welcome to bring their own special bottle, with a limit of two bottles per reservation. There is a $35 corkage fee per bottle.
Accessibility • Unfortunately, our historic building does not have an elevator. Customers with accessibility needs are encouraged to enjoy our fantastic dinner menu at the Café, where the entrance is ground level with no steps.
A 22% service charge is added to every check. We believe in equal and equitable opportunities for our full team, and this charge goes to staff both in the kitchen & the dining room to supplement base wages, provide health insurance, and employee benefits. Additional tipping is not expected, but you are welcome to do so if you wish.*
