Named after the Filipino word "kayumanggi," meaning "brown" and often used to describe the beautiful, sun-kissed skin of the Filipino people, KAYU celebrates the warmth and depth of Filipino culture through its diverse menu. At KAYU, we offer an elegant and innovative dining experience featuring a variety of culinary delights. Choose from three distinctive dining options:
Chef’s Counter | $165 per person. Dine up-close with the chefs and watch them prepare your 7-course Tasting Menu! With only 8 available slots and two seating times (6PM & 8PM), this personal experience is intimate and limited. Optional Beverage Pairings are available for an additional $65 per person.

5-Course Chef’s Tasting Menu | $115 per person. Optional Beverage Pairings for $45 per person. Please note: We kindly request that the entire table participates in the Tasting Menu.
